About This Album

Universal Records Philippines presents *Tricks*, an album from the Philippines that explores the "Music/Other" genre. As a record label, Universal Records Philippines is itself the credited artist, offering a unique perspective on the album's creation and curation. This approach highlights the label's role not just as a distributor but as an artistic entity in its own right, shaping the sound and direction of the music it releases. The choice of "Music/Other" as a genre classification suggests a collection that defies easy categorization, potentially encompassing a diverse range of sounds, styles, or experimental approaches that don't fit neatly into established musical boxes. This broad classification could indicate an album that serves as a showcase for various artists under the Universal Records Philippines umbrella, or it could point to a singular, eclectic vision from the label itself.
