About This Album
Based in Manila, Philippines and a member of Greenhouse Records, the singer-songwriter and dynamic vocalist at the center of the album Mi’Kel crafts R&B tunes layered with distinct Filipino influence, bringing together her creative range alongside collaborators GHR, Aaron Fuentez, Tommie King, and Niño Armani to fully realize the project’s cross-disciplinary, genre-spanning vision. Mi’Kel first began nurturing her artistic gifts at age 10, when she first started singing, and later pursued formal training in musical theater, a choice that expanded her capabilities far beyond vocal performance, building her comfort on stage and honing versatile skills in acting, storytelling, and dancing that inform every layer of her recorded and live work.
