About this Song
The pop song "Bagsakan" from the Philippines is a collaboration between Parokya Ni Edgar, Gloc-9, and Francis M. Parokya Ni Edgar is known for writing witty pop-punk songs with often strange subject matter. The group specialized in performing parodies of well-known songs, taking melodies from tunes by the Clash and Bob Dylan and fitting them with Tagalog lyrics. The band's debut album, *Khangkhungkherrnitz The Album*, went platinum in six months. Their second full-length album, *Buruguduystunstugudunstuy*, found them venturing into some serious material while retaining comedic moments.
