حول هذا الألبوم
I Like Me Better lands as a full album credited to Lauv, a work tied to the Philippines and categorized under the Music/Other genre, a designation that rejects the narrow, often limiting genre buckets that most music is sorted into for cataloging and audience access across global music ecosystems. Far from an afterthought label, Music/Other exists to carve out intentional space for works that do not align with the sonic, structural, or cultural markers that define more familiar, widely codified categories, allowing creators to present work that exists outside of preordained creative lanes without being forced to mislabel their output to fit a system not built to accommodate its unique identity.
