About this Song
The South Korean indie rock band Wave to Earth, formed in 2019, presents "cherry flavoured love inside your heart," a track from their 2026 album *bad pieces*. Known for a unique sound blending soft indie rock with jazz influences, the band consists of lead vocalist and guitarist Daniel Kim, drummer Dong Q (also known as Shin Donggyu), and bassist John Cha (also known as Cha Soonjong). This particular song credits Daniel Kim, Dong Q, and John Cha as performers, with Daniel Kim also contributing lead vocals, electric guitar, synthesizer, and keyboards. Dong Q and Daniel Kim are the credited songwriters, and Van Sion adds organ to the arrangement. Wave to Earth’s music, often described as indie pop, lo-fi, and rock, frequently incorporates jazz drumming to create a dreamy, atmospheric melody. The band operates under an "All Self-made" motto, handling their own recording, mixing, mastering, and overall art direction, including album art, video, and fashion.
