حول هذه الأغنية
This indie pop recording from the Philippines, "Ride Home," was released as Ben&Ben's debut digital single on January 23, 2017, under Warner Music Philippines. Ben&Ben, a Filipino indie folk-pop band from Manila, formed in 2016 when twin brothers Paolo and Miguel Benjamin Guico, initially known as The Benjamins, expanded their project. By 2017, the group became a nine-member ensemble with the addition of Poch Barretto on electric guitar, Jam Villanueva on drums, Agnes Reoma on bass, Patricia Lasaten on keyboards, Toni Muñoz and Andrew de Pano on percussion, and Keifer Cabugao on violin. The band's musical approach, often characterized by anthemic qualities and emotional engagement, blends indie folk, folk-pop, folk rock, and pop rock. Their lyrics frequently delve into themes of loss, heartbreak, relationships, and the journey toward self-love. The group's self-titled EP was released in 2016, preceding notable early singles like "Leaves" and "Kathang Isip," which contributed to their rising prominence.
