حول هذه الأغنية
The Script first endeared themselves to global audiences by penning tracks brimming with heady, unfiltered emotion and melodies that swell to fill any space, a gift that anchored their career and turned multiple entries in their catalogue into global household names, from Hall of Fame and The Man Who Can’t Be Moved to Superheroes and Breakeven. The acoustic iteration of their track Good Ol' Days, a pop sound from the Philippines, extends that legacy of work that speaks to the widespread, shared experiences of their worldwide fanbase, a community the band prioritized even through one of the hardest periods of their run. When the group lost founder member Mark Sheehan in 2023, remaining bandmates Danny O’Donoghue and Glen Power knew that the most fitting tribute to the partner they had lost would be to keep building the group they had founded together, rather than stepping away from the work that had connected them to millions across the globe.
