حول هذا الألبوم
Shirebound crafts the album Pahintulot from a creative base rooted in the Philippines, a work that falls into the Music/Other genre grouping as a reflection of its refusal to fit neatly into any of the predefined, widely recognized categories used to organize most recorded music. That placement outside standard genre buckets is not a limitation, but a window into the rich, unruly landscape of Filipino creative output that has long resisted one-size-fits-all classification, drawing from the archipelago’s hundreds of distinct regional artistic traditions, intergenerational creative practices, and ongoing cross-pollination between local indigenous frameworks, imported global art forms, and independent experimental approaches that merge those influences into something entirely new.
