Locked Up (ft. Akon)
حول هذه الأغنية
The cross-creative pairing of Steve Aoki, Trinix, and Akon comes to life on Locked Up (ft. Akon), a DJ Live sound work tied to the Philippines that carries the official backing of Dim Mak Records and DJ Kid Millionaire Ltd., first made available in 2023. Every layer of the work aligns with the core classification of DJ Live, a category of music that prioritizes the live, iterative approach that defines global DJ culture while offering a polished, permanent recording that captures the unfiltered energy of a one-of-a-kind performance. Unlike studio-only recordings that are built over extended periods of isolated production sessions, DJ Live works are crafted to channel the spontaneous, crowd-connected energy that comes from artists performing in real time, even as the final sound is refined to translate that immersive live experience to listeners engaging with the track anywhere, far from the original space of the performance.
