Lighter
حول هذه الأغنية
Lighter, the live DJ sound from Steve Aoki and Paris Hilton, emerges from the Philippines’ robust landscape of live performance, falling into the DJ Live category of recorded music that centers the unscripted, immediate energy of sets created and performed for in-person or broadcast live audiences. As a DJ Live work, Lighter leans into the core values of the format, which prioritizes the work of DJs as they bring their craft to life in a shared space, rather than the polished, post-produced structure of studio-recorded tracks intended for standalone, repeated consumption. Linked to the 2023 slate of releases from Dim Mak Records and DJ Kid Millionaire Ltd., the sound carries the imprimatur of two entities dedicated to elevating electronic and DJ-centric work that pushes the boundaries of what live performance can offer to audiences near and far.
