Gat Putch, known as Dan Wilkins Diaz, is a hip-hop rapper from Quezon City, Philippines, primarily producing Trap, Trap soul, RnB, and Hiphop Music, and is the leader of the group "Yellin Speech." His musical journey began in 2013 as a DJ at a resto-bar in La Loma, Philippines, and months later, he started writing his own songs and creating music with his group members, despite not receiving formal schooling for music production. In 2019, Gat Putch and his group released the song “Berdeng Pag-iisip,” which opened up more opportunities in the hip-hop industry and earned him the title “Chorus of the year.” Gat Putch has collaborated with various artists, including Malaysian artist Awie on the rock song "Sakote," a blend of hip hop and rock, and has also worked with ZJAY, Mhot, and Ron Henley on "Ganyan Talaga," as well as Awie, Lexus, and Yuridope on "Itinakda.
