حول هذه الأغنية
The Filipino alternative rock band fitterkarma, formed in Metro Manila in 2023, blends indie rock, alternative rock, and art rock, incorporating acoustic and electric guitars, warm vocals, and occasional heavier parts for live performances. The band's name, stylized in all lowercase, was inspired by combining the titles of two Radiohead songs from their 1997 album *OK Computer*: "Fitter Happier" and "Karma Police." The project began in 2019 as a solo endeavor by Joao de Leon, who performed independently before collaborating with other musicians. In 2023, fitterkarma was formed by students from the De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde's music production program, with Joao de Leon as the founder. The band rebranded as Fitterkarma in 2023, partly due to the difficulty of marketing and pronouncing Joao de Leon's name. The current members of fitterkarma are Joao de Leon (vocals/guitar), Sophia Miranda (bass/backing vocals), Sanders Bayas (drums), and Mikee Mendoza (guitar/backing vocals).
