Syahriyadi, a singer from Hulu Sungai Tengah, Kalimantan Selatan, Indonesia, performs "Maafkan Aku." Syahriyadi gained widespread recognition after his cover of "Pecah Seribu" achieved over 10 million YouTube views and trended at number nine in Indonesia in March 2022. While his single "Aku Mulai Curiga" is a sweet pop song combining a comfortable sound with straightforward lyrics and his distinctive vocal style, Syahriyadi expresses a preference for Malay pop and Dangdut genres, feeling most authentic when performing them.
