حول هذه الأغنية
Born in 1992, Indonesian singer and rapper Adrian Khalif spent his formative years immersed in diverse global cultures, living in cities like Geneva, Canberra, New York, and London due to his diplomatic family background. This international upbringing broadened his musical palate, with his teenage years in New York City proving particularly influential in shaping his interest in hip-hop. Khalif, who graduated from the University of Indonesia in 2016, idolizes Kanye West and draws significant inspiration from the New York hip-hop and R&B scene. His musicality reflects this blend, combining contemporary R&B production with bilingual lyrics that speak to the urban youth of Jakarta, who are accustomed to global streaming culture. After signing with E-motion Entertainment, Khalif released his debut single, "Made in Jakarta," featuring Dipha Barus in 2017. This track not only won the Best Hip Hop category at the AMI Awards in 2017 but also accumulated over 1.
