About this Song
The Manila-based electronic trio UDD, formerly known as Up Dharma Down, has spent their career refining a pop-centric sound rooted in their Philippine home that resonates with audiences across continents, earning the kind of cross-cultural acclaim that turns beloved regional acts into globally recognized forces. Composed of Paul Yap, Carlos Tañada, and Ean Mayor, the group first caught international industry attention when BBC Radio’s Mark Coles named them the Manila band most likely to cross over to the lucrative North American Anglophone market, a prediction that has been borne out year after year by their mainstream streaming success, which sees their entire catalog rack up more than 300 million streams on Spotify alone to date.
