It All Makes Sense
About this Song
Rooted in the sprawling, interconnected creative community of the Philippines, the sound bearing the title It All Makes Sense falls under the wide, boundary-rejecting umbrella of Music/Mix, a classification that pushes back against the narrow silos often used to box creative work into easily identifiable or constrained categories. The choice to frame this work as a mix, rather than any single, discrete genre, speaks to a core priority of centering fluidity over rigid categorization, a priority that aligns with longstanding creative currents across the Philippines, where creators have long pulled from a vast range of circulating sonic influences to build work that feels both grounded in local lineage and responsive to the global exchange of ideas that shapes creative output across the archipelago.
