PT Musica Studios, an Indonesian music company founded by Yamin Widjaja, was initially known as Metropolitan Studios in the 1960s before changing its name in the 1970s. Recognized as one of Indonesia's largest music companies, Musica Studios' main activities include Recorded Music, Music Publishing, Artist and Label Services, Merchandising, and Event Organization. Over the years, the company expanded its recording capabilities, growing from two studios with four tracks each in 1968 to 24 tracks by 1983. Musica Studios has released "Titik Nadir" by Kahitna featuring Monita Tahalea. The company has developed into a significant music empire in Indonesia, helping young musicians become famous artists, with Director and Executive Producer Indrawati Widjaja credited with discovering many talented musicians. Notable artists who have recorded on the Musica label include Noah (formerly Peterpan), D’Masiv, Nidji, Geisha, Kahitna, Iwan Fals, Chrisye, and Maizura.
