The Script writes songs rich with heady emotions and ever bigger melodies. This gift has enamoured fans all over the world. It has led to a catalogue of global hits that include ‘Hall of Fame’, ‘The Man Who Can’t Be Moved’, ‘Superheroes’ and ‘Breakeven’. The band faced an unthinkable tragedy in 2023, when founder member Mark Sheehan died. His surviving bandmates, Danny O’Donoghue and Glen Power, made a promise to honor his legacy. They vowed the best way to pay tribute to Mark would be to continue the band they had built together, and to reconnect with The Script’s worldwide family of fans. The band moves forward with an upcoming album titled ‘Satellites’. This new record is life-affirming, and brings a fiery new energy to the group’s anthemic, arena-filling sound. The Script’s work on Satellites proves that new horizons and light can emerge after any period of darkness. 2024 marks a major year of touring for the band. They will first tour internationally as special guests to P!NK.
