About this Song
This pop recording from the Philippines, "Six Degrees of Separation," is a testament to The Script's enduring ability to craft songs that resonate with profound emotion and expansive melodies. The track showcases the band's signature anthemic, arena-filling sound, now infused with a renewed, fiery energy. Following the tragic loss of founding member Mark Sheehan in 2023, his bandmates Danny O’Donoghue and Glen Power committed to honoring his legacy by continuing the band they built together and reconnecting with their global fanbase. This recording reflects that dedication, embodying a life-affirming spirit and demonstrating that new horizons and light can emerge even after darkness. The Script's journey, marked by 10 billion streams, 12 million album sales, and 6 UK #1 albums, continues with this exciting new chapter.
