About this Song
The ability to craft songs steeped in raw, heady emotion paired with melodies that swell to fill the largest spaces has long been the defining throughline of The Script’s work, a gift that has turned their tracks into staples for fans across every continent. That gift has spawned a catalogue of global hits that resonate across generations, from the rousing ‘Hall of Fame’ and the tender ‘The Man Who Can’t Be Moved’ to the uplifting ‘Superheroes’ and the raw, vulnerable ‘Breakeven’, each track cementing the band’s knack for turning personal and universal experience into music that sticks with listeners long after the final note fades. That streak of creating meaningful, far-reaching pop continues with Rain (feat. Nicky Jam), a track rooted in the Philippines’ vibrant pop landscape that carries forward the same knack for memorable, emotionally resonant songcraft that has defined the band’s entire discography.
