About this Song
To carry a band’s shared vision forward after the death of a founder requires equal parts grief, loyalty, and unshakable belief in the work the original trio built together, a truth that anchors every choice The Script has made since 2023, when they lost co-founder Mark Sheehan. Sheehan’s bandmates Danny O’Donoghue and Glen Power didn’t walk away from the project they’d spent their careers nurturing; instead, they vowed to honor his legacy by continuing to make the large-hearted, melody-driven music that had turned the group from a fledgling act into a global phenomenon, one that counted fans across the Philippines among its most dedicated.
