Malcolm Todd, an American singer-songwriter and record producer from Los Angeles, California, is known for his blend of indie pop, alternative R&B, bedroom pop, and R&B. He plays vocals, bass guitar, and guitar, and his music is characterized by warm songs that combine a fluid alternative R&B sound with the emotional outlook of an indie singer/songwriter. Todd gained initial attention on TikTok in 2023 with his viral singles "Art House" and "Roommates." The latter, a song about a relationship unraveling, became a viral hit in June 2023, leading to other singles like "Mr. Incorrect" and "4Me 4Me." Following his TikTok success, he signed with Columbia Records. Todd released his first EP, *Demos Before Prom*, in May 2022, followed by *Shower Shoes* in March 2023. His debut mixtape, *Sweet Boy*, was released in 2024, and his self-titled debut studio album, *Malcolm Todd*, came out on April 4, 2025, peaking at number 49 on the Billboard 200.
