About this Song
Skate Avenue PH, a music artist from the Philippines, creates rock cover versions of popular songs, often transforming them into punk rock energy. Their musical approach has been described as catchy, and they have been credited with renewing interest in OPM classics. Skate Avenue PH states that their music is a mix of human-made and AI-enhanced elements, with vocals originating from real human recordings that are then transformed using AI tools. Their cover of "Kay Tagal Kitang Hinintay," for instance, is a rock version of the original song by Sponge Cola. The instrumental, vocals, and arrangements for this cover were recreated and produced by Skate Avenue PH using AI-assisted tools, with no original audio or samples from the original track being used.
