About this Song
The Filipino Pop recording "Sandali Lang" comes from a band formed in 2002 that pioneered mixing classical instruments with band instruments, creating a trademark sound dubbed "Rockestra." The group's albums, including *Fuschiang Pag-ibig*, *Mistaken For Granted*, *Monodramatic*, and *Langit Luha*, have produced numerous chart-topping hits. Their songs have also been featured in local movie and TV series soundtracks. Known for anthemic songwriting, the band's music resonates with high school and college students and has transcended to younger generations. Since 2017, the sextet, composed of Sarkie Sarangay on vocals and guitar, Ronnie Ropal on bass, Allen Calixto on drums, Kim Mirandilla Ng on violin and backup vocals, Anjo Inacay on cello, and Poch Villalon on synth and backup vocals, has performed internationally in the UAE, Singapore, Canada, Australia, and the United States.
