The Filipino collective that pioneered the game-changing fusion of classical strings and standard rock instrumentation, dubbing their one-of-a-kind trademark sound "Rockestra", extends their decades-long legacy of reimagining pop with Sa'yo - Orchestra Version, a pop recording from the Philippines that leans into the very stylistic choices that made the band a staple of local music for more than 20 years. Formed in 2002 as a 6-piece alternative pop-rock act, the group’s decision to weave cello and violin into the core of their arrangements set them apart from their peers almost immediately, earning them status as foundational trailblazers in the local creative scene.
