The Filipino Pop recording “Hay Naku” features Silent Sanctuary, a six-piece band known for pioneering "Rockestra" by blending classical instruments like cello and violin with traditional band instrumentation. Since forming in 2002, the group has released an EP, *Kahimanawari*, and four full-length albums: *Fuschiang Pag-ibig*, *Mistaken For Granted*, *Monodramatic*, and *Langit Luha*. Silent Sanctuary’s music and songwriting are often described as nostalgic and anthemic, resonating with high school and college students across generations. The band, which has performed internationally since 2017, currently includes Sarkie Sarangay on vocals and guitar, Ronnie Ropal on bass, Allen Calixto on drums, Kim Mirandilla Ng on violin and backing vocals, Anjo Inacay on cello, and Poch Villalon on synth and backing vocals.
