About this Song
This Filipino Pop recording titled "Christmas Morning" is the newest single from Silent Sanctuary, a six-piece band formed in 2002. Known for pioneering "Rockestra," the group blends classical instruments like cello and violin with traditional band instrumentation. Silent Sanctuary has released an EP, "Kahimanawari," and four full-length albums: "Fuschiang Pag-ibig," "Mistaken For Granted," "Monodramatic," and "Langit Luha." Their songs, which include chart-toppers such as "Ikaw Lamang" and "Kundiman," have also been featured in local movie and TV series soundtracks. The band's music and songwriting are often described as nostalgic and anthemic, resonating with high school and college students across generations. Since 2017, Silent Sanctuary has expanded its performances beyond the Philippines to countries including the UAE, Singapore, Canada, Australia, and the United States.
