The Pop recording "Bulalakaw" from the Philippines features a band recognized for pioneering the integration of classical instruments like cello and violin with traditional band instrumentation, a style they've dubbed "Rockestra." This distinctive approach has shaped their music since their formation in 2002. The band has released an EP, "Kahimanawari," and four full-length albums: *Fuschiang Pag-ibig*, *Mistaken For Granted*, *Monodramatic*, and *Langit Luha*. Their songs have also been included in local film and television soundtracks. The sextet is currently composed of Sarkie Sarangay on vocals and guitar, Ronnie Ropal on bass, Allen Calixto on drums, Kim Mirandilla Ng on violin and backup vocals, Anjo Inacay on cello, and Poch Villalon on synth and backup vocals.
