About this Song
Deeply rooted in the thriving, dynamic pop music landscape of the Philippines, Umuwi Ka Na arrives alongside a heartfelt, unfiltered message from its creator that frames every part of their creative output around the bond they share with the audience that shows up for their work. The creator’s note, shared in tandem with this sound, leads with unbridled gratitude, a sincere expression of appreciation for every person who has engaged with their music, who has carved out space to listen to their work, and who has lifted up their creative efforts as they continue to build their body of work. This gratitude is not a casual afterthought, but a core thread that runs through all of the creator’s interactions with their community, tying every release they share, from Umuwi Ka Na to the upcoming body of work they tease, to a reciprocal relationship that centers the people who make their continued creativity possible.
