About this Song
Pop, R&B, soul, and acoustic influences shape the discography of Filipino artist Jolianne, born Jolianne Salvado in Cebu City, whose career took root long before she earned her first Billboard Philippines Hot 100 placement with 2025’s Palayo Sa Mundo. Her first major public step as a performer came in 2015, when she competed as a contestant on The Voice Kids Philippines, laying the groundwork for a string of releases and milestones that would build her profile across the region and beyond. Jolianne released her debut single, “Irises,” in 2019, followed two years later by a 2021 record deal with Careless Records, a partnership that aligned her with major industry infrastructure to grow her audience and creative output. That same 2021, she earned a breakout live opportunity, performing as an opening act for iconic soft rock acts Air Supply and Michael Learns To Rock, bringing her own self-described “Disney R&B” sound to crowds familiar with decades of global hit music.
