Orange & Lemons, a pop group from the Philippines, recorded "Days and Nights" as part of a discography that began in 1999. The band, formed by singer-songwriter/guitarist Clem Castro with Ace Del Mundo and JM del Mundo, released three albums before a hiatus in 2007. Their 2005 sophomore album, *Strike Whilst the Iron Is Hot*, achieved double-platinum status, and their final album before the break, *Moonlane Gardens*, was named Album of the Year at the 2007 NU Rock Awards. After reforming in 2017, Orange & Lemons released the single "Lovers Go, Lovers Come" and an updated version of their debut album. In 2022, they released the Tagalog album *La Bulaqueña*, featuring arrangements from live keyboardist Jared Nerona.
