About this Song
NIKI’s creative output, rooted in her identity as a Filipino artist, unfolds across a catalogue that prioritizes creative exploration over rigid stylistic boundaries, and the sound Before occupies a unique space within that growing body of work, tied to the broader 88rising Music ecosystem that has long supported the artist’s uncompromising approach to creation. Classified as Music/Other/Other, Before resists the narrow categorizations that most mainstream music taxonomies rely on to sort and market creative work, a choice that reflects the sound’s refusal to align with any single pre-established style that would limit its scope or audience reach.
