About this Song
The collective behind Music Travel Love builds their entire creative practice around the belief that music’s power to connect deepens when rooted in the places and communities they encounter across the globe, pulling together small, intentional recording sessions in stunning, far-flung locations to capture work that feels as tied to the land it was filmed on as it is to the songs that have shaped global audiences for generations. This pop sound from the Philippines, You Are The Reason - Music Travel Love (Calum Scott Cover), is one such defining recording, captured during a stop in Alberta, Canada, where the group set up their makeshift studio along Orient Point’s sweeping shoreline, turning a remote stretch of wild Canadian landscape into the backdrop for their tender, acoustic take on the well-loved track.
