About this Song
Pop sounds emerging from the Philippines carry a long legacy of blending accessible, widely resonant melodic frameworks with the specific creative sensibilities of local creative communities, and Sugar & Cinnamon fits firmly within that lineage as a key entry in the catalogue of work that makes up the larger FOR THE WORLD collection, a grouping that brings together creative output from creators rooted in every region of the globe to highlight the unifying thread of pop music as a language that connects listeners and creators across any perceived divide.
