About this Song
The Philippines’ pop creative sphere has long prioritized connection that crosses geographic lines, nurturing a community of creators who craft work that speaks to both local lived experiences and the universal, shared threads of humanity that bind listeners across every corner of the globe. This commitment to reaching across borders sits at the heart of the project that hosts Sound Of Rain, a pop work rooted in the Filipino creative landscape that is part of a broader body of work built under the FOR THE WORLD umbrella, a framework that centers the idea that great music can transcend any perceived barrier between regions, cultures, and communities, turning individual creative expressions into something that belongs to anyone who connects with it.
