La Mave built out his string of pop releases from his base in the Philippines first with the unveiling of his music video for the track “Sa Totoo Lang,” a project that brought together a tight team of creative collaborators to bring the visual and sonic elements of the work to life. For that music video, the creative crew included Malcolm, who stepped in to handle shooting, direction, and editing for the full visual presentation, while Archie Santos served as the project’s gaffer, overseeing all lighting elements to shape the visual tone of the release. Jhayar Dresta captured behind-the-scenes photos throughout the production of the “Sa Totoo Lang” music video, documenting the work that went into every stage of the rollout for that project. That track shared a core studio and production team that would carry over to La Mave’s subsequent pop sound, recorded at the same Nps Studio that hosted the sessions for “Sa Totoo Lang,” with Y.A.
