About this Song
The Filipino band at the heart of this work has spent their career rekindling widespread excitement for homegrown rock, weaving together unexpected layers of sound, style, and storytelling that resonate far beyond the limits of any single niche or age group. Their discography pulls from retro sonic traditions, funk-inflected rhythm, rock’s raw edge, and the distinct, evolving identity of modern Original Pilipino Music, a combination that has secured their place as a defining force in the Philippine music industry, capable of drawing in listeners across multiple generations who find common ground in the band’s bold, accessible yet unapologetically experimental approach to craft.
