The Philippines is the country of origin for this DJ Live recording, a collaboration between American DJ and record producer Steve Aoki and the Israeli duo Vini Vici. Born Steven Hiroyuki Aoki in Miami, Florida, on November 30, 1977, Steve Aoki founded his own label, Dim Mak Records, in 1996. Dim Mak Records has released over 250 titles, including works by electronic artists such as Datsik, Infected Mushroom, Dada Life, and Zeds Dead, as well as bands like Bloc Party, Battles, and The Kills. Aoki's DJ and production career began with his first mix album, *Pillowface and His Airplane Chronicles*, released in January 2008, and he was invited to produce an *Essential Mix* for BBC Radio 1 in August 2008. His solo album *Wonderland*, released in January 2012, featured collaborations with artists such as LMFAO, Kid Cudi, Travis Barker, and will.i.am.
