About this Song
As a formidable force in the Pinoy hip-hop scene, HELLMERRY has built his reputation on a fiercely uncompromising creative identity that sets him apart from peers across the Philippines’ expansive musical landscape. Known for a bold, unapologetic style, hard-hitting bars, and a singular, electrifying energy that infuses every track he creates, he has never shied away from leaning into experimentation to expand his artistic range, moving fluidly between the core sounds that define his hip-hop roots and the accessible, widely resonant framework of pop, the genre that anchors his track Tequila Rose. His work holds a rare cross-demographic appeal that lets it travel far beyond niche creative circles, spreading steadily across streaming platforms to reach listeners far outside the Philippines’ borders, while also embedding itself deeply in the local cultural fabric of the streets and communities that first nurtured his talent.
