About this Song
This sound is rooted in the creative ecosystem of the Philippines, where R&B as a formal music category has long been shaped by local creative communities that refine and expand the core framework of the genre to align with the specific contexts that define all creative work emerging from the region. Titled Heart to Heart, the work fits squarely within the R&B genre that anchors its formal classification, with the geographic marker of the Philippines positioning it within a broader network of creative output that originates from the archipelago, connecting it to other works that share the same national origin and genre classification while standing as a distinct sound in its own right.
