About this Song
Nasaan Ka Na emerges from the Philippines, anchored to the rich, ever-evolving lineage of Filipino R&B that has grown from a regional creative force to a genre that resonates with audiences far beyond the archipelago’s borders. R&B as a creative framework has long found a fertile home in the Philippines, where creators have spent decades weaving the genre’s core structural and cultural roots into the tapestry of local creative expression, building a body of work that feels both aligned with the global evolution of R&B and unmistakeably rooted in the specific cultural identities, shared experiences, and creative priorities that define art made by Filipino communities for both local and international audiences.
