Indonesian popular music forms the core of Dunia Yang Nanti, a collaborative track from multihyphenate Raim Laode, whose cross-disciplinary creative career spans comedy, acting, and music to make him one of Indonesia’s most recognizable and widely followed creators. Laode, whose full name is La Ode Raimudin, was born on April 28, 1994, in Wakatobi, Southeast Sulawesi, and carries unshakable ties to his home region that would shape much of his public life. A graduate of Halu Oleo University, where he earned a degree in History Education, Laode first stepped into the national spotlight after launching his comedy career in 2014, when he joined the Stand Up Indo community in Kendari, building a loyal local audience that expanded exponentially when he competed in the 2016 Stand Up Comedy Academy (SUCA 2) competition on Indosiar, reaching the top four and cementing his status as a rising star in Indonesia’s comedy scene.
