About this Song
Rising from scrappy indie scene beginnings, December Avenue has cemented itself as one of the most streamed Filipino bands of all time, a defining voice in Original Pilipino Music that has reconnected audiences with tender, unvarnished storytelling about the most universal human experiences. What sets the band apart from many of their peers is their unwavering commitment to grounding every project they release in quiet, unforced authenticity, turning songs that explore the messiness and beauty of ordinary life into cultural touchstones that feel deeply personal to every listener who encounters them. Their discography is anchored by work that leans into the full spectrum of human emotion, from the giddy rush of new love to the lingering ache of a heartbreak that never quite fades, from the slow, gentle work of healing after loss to the quiet, unshakable hope that carries people through even their darkest days.
