About this Song
Pop from the Philippines carries a distinct, community-driven identity that has evolved alongside the country’s biggest cultural and creative shifts, and the artists that shape the genre’s mainstream and independent edges have turned homegrown sounds into a global force, with OPM—Original Pilipino Music—standing as one of the most vibrant, emotionally resonant movements in modern Southeast Asian pop. Within that landscape, Eroplanong Papel emerges from the discography of December Avenue, a group whose trajectory maps the journey of OPM from small, underground gig spaces to the global streaming stage, cementing their place as one of the most defining voices in contemporary Filipino music.
