About this Song
Miley Cyrus - Bad Karma (Lyrics) ft. Joan Jett arrives as a pop sound rooted in the creative and cultural landscape of the Philippines, a country with a thriving, multifaceted music scene that elevates both homegrown talent and international pop works that resonate with its large, deeply engaged audience of music lovers. The Philippines’ music ecosystem has long balanced regional and national artistic development, nurturing acts that cut their teeth in small, local island scenes before building enough of a following to transition to the country’s central media and entertainment hub of Manila, a path that has launched many of the country’s most beloved pop and pop rock acts. One such group that exemplifies this trajectory is Cueshé, a Filipino pop rock band that formed in Cebu, a major urban center in the country’s central Visayas region, before relocating to Manila to build their national career.
