About this Song
Coldplay’s tenth studio album, Moon Music, landed in October 2024, marking the band’s first full-length release since 2021’s Music Of The Spheres, a career landmark that spawned the US No. 1 single My Universe, recorded with BTS, and earned a nomination for Album of the Year at the Grammy Awards. Moon Music made an immediate global impact, debuting at No. 1 on album charts across dozens of markets, including the United States where it became Coldplay’s fifth US No. 1 album, and the United Kingdom, extending the band’s unbroken streak of chart-topping releases. Among the works lifted from the era’s run of new material is WE PRAY - Single Version, a pop recording that connects deeply with the band’s massive, dedicated fanbase in the Philippines, where mainstream audiences have long embraced the group’s cross-cultural, universally resonant approach to pop music.
