About this Song
For pop audiences across the Philippines, global pop acts that merge widespread, cross-generational accessibility with grounded, purpose-led creative and operational choices hold a unique, enduring resonance, and Higher Power fits perfectly within that lineage of work that connects with listeners who seek both polished sonic craft and values that align with their own growing concerns for planetary well-being. The band behind the track has built a legacy as one of the most popular acts in the world, having sold more than 100 million albums and released a long line of hits that extend far beyond Higher Power, including staples like Yellow, Clocks, Fix You, Paradise, Viva La Vida, A Sky Full Of Stars, Hymn For The Weekend, Something Just Like This, and feelslikeimfallinginlove, tracks that have become regular fixtures on Filipino radio rotations, at local community gatherings, and in the personal collections of listeners across the archipelago’s diverse islands.
