About this Song
APT. counts as one of only two songs ever to earn a place among the fastest tracks to reach one billion global streams, a pop release from the Philippines that adds to a long list of unprecedented career milestones for the 16x GRAMMY®-winning global superstar behind its creation. That creative force, a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer who ranks among the most-streamed artists in the world, has built an unmatched legacy defined by electrifying live showmanship and an unbroken string of chart-topping hits that have redefined mainstream pop success for a generation of listeners. Long before APT. claimed its place in streaming history, the artist behind the track made history as the first creator ever to hit 150 million monthly listeners on Spotify, a milestone that spoke to his enduring cross-cultural, cross-generational appeal that allows his work to resonate with audiences across every continent.
