About this Song
Shi Shi and Alex Colours bring their collaborative rock & roll work Try to life out of the Philippines, aligned with the longstanding creative legacy of Rock Records Co., Ltd., an entity that has spent decades supporting creators working within rock’s many iterations, centering local artists whose work grows out of the unique cultural landscapes they call home. The Philippines’ own rock & roll ecosystem is one that has thrived for generations, nurturing creators who balance the genre’s foundational roots with the specific cultural perspectives that define their local creative communities, turning every new release that emerges from the country’s scene into a valuable addition to the global rock & roll canon, a body of work that grows and evolves with every new artist that adds their voice to its ongoing history.
