About this Song
Ben&Ben, the nine-piece Filipino band that has redefined what pop from the Philippines can achieve, carries the full weight of their celebrated artistic identity into Mitsa (Salamat), a pop work that extends the cultural legacy they have built across their groundbreaking discography, a body of work crafted in less than a decade that has reshaped the country’s musical landscape. As a multi-awarded act, the collective first earned widespread acclaim for their distinct anthemic sound and electrifying live performances, which turned early audiences into lifelong fans and set the stage for the massive cultural impact they would go on to have. Their critically acclaimed albums have not only resonated with listeners on a deeply personal level but have also set long-standing records in both streaming and sales, proving that music rooted in sincerity and intentionality can reach mass audiences and redefine the limits of what a local pop act can accomplish.
